ILEX Architectural Lighting reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to align with updated engineering standards, global trade regulations, or operational requirements. All updates become effective immediately upon posting to this platform.

Commercial buyers, architects, and specification teams are encouraged to review these policies prior to placing purchase orders or submitting final contract submittals.

To maintain custom fabrication quality and streamlined production across our facility, specific minimum order thresholds and surcharges apply:

• Minimum Order Policy: Orders valued under $75.00 USD will automatically incur a $20.00 standard administrative surcharge without additional prior notification.
• Expedited & Rush Shipments: Priority fabrication or rush delivery requests require direct coordination with our commercial sales team, accompanied by a written purchase order. Additional expedited engineering fees apply.
• Residential Drop Shipments: A standard $10.00 residential delivery fee applies to orders routed directly to non-commercial job sites or private residences.

Shipping, freight, and export packaging charges compensate ILEX for order processing, custom crating, quality control inspection, and carrier coordination.

For international buyers and export projects, shipping quotes are calculated based on crate dimensions, weight, delivery destination, and specialized export packaging requirements. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the designated freight forwarder or shipping line.

All prices quoted in catalogs or formal submittals are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to adjustment based on custom dimensional modifications, specialized finishes (natural wood, hand-applied patinas, or linen shades), dimming protocols, or electrical driver configurations.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our luminaires, minor natural variations in metal patina, wood grain, or woven fabric texture may occur, highlighting the authentic craftsmanship of each specification-grade fixture.

Preserving the aesthetic integrity and mechanical finish of ILEX luminaires requires proper maintenance procedures:

• Clean metal components and shade materials using a soft, clean, dry micro-fiber cloth only.
• Avoid using chemical solvents, abrasive polishes, water, or damp cloths, as moisture can compromise protective clear coats, natural patinas, and hand-woven shade fabrics.

ILEX Architectural Lighting provides luminaires engineered to technical submittal specifications. Except as expressly warranted in written project submittal documents, products are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for non-standard applications.

Typographical or clerical errors in technical data, dimensions, or pricing are subject to correction. Legal proceedings or disputes arising from commercial contracts or site usage shall be governed by the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, USA.
